Vintage Scott Foresman Our Big Book First Reading Primer-Large Display-w/pics. Chances are pretty good if you learned to read in the 1950-60's you'll remember these. This was the teachers large display copy of the reader we would pass out each day to read from. They would teach words and sounding out as foundations to reading. Stories include Dick, Jane, Baby(pre Sally) Spot, Tim and Puff reader sections. It's in good shape and the illustrations are dated but memorable. Stand Up display works well-some minor tears and wear on pages and cover but in pretty amazing shape for an item from the 50's. Item is 20 X 25 X 1".
