Vintage hand assembled/built erector set style steam dozer or front scoop loader, toy. Piece itself is in good condition with wear, some bends and a few loose screws. Piece has nice rubber and still pliable tracks that turn. This one could be tightened up in places to work properly but shouldn't take much. A unique piece that looks great on display.
